Shipping to Switzerland:
We do not charge German VAT for deliveries to Switzerland. The statutory Swiss value-added tax and any customs duties will be charged to you in addition to Swiss customs. Please understand that we cannot reimburse these costs. Delivery to a Swiss PO Box is not possible.

Please note: A 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items are returned to us in their original packaging and unused . For used items, we reserve the right to retain part of the refund amount. Please also note that we cannot take back dog food, treats, etc. E-vouchers cannot be returned either.

Processing returns can take up to 7 days. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods are refused, additional costs may be incurred by the shipping service provider, in which case the customer also bears the costs.
