Please note: A 100 percent refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and are unused. For used items, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the refund amount. Please also note that we cannot accept returns of dog food, treats, etc. Likewise, the return of e-vouchers is excluded.

The processing of returns can take up to 7 days. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of refusal of acceptance, additional costs may arise with the shipping service provider; in this case too, the customer bears the costs. For quick processing, please enclose the completed return form.
