You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the items.

Please note: A 100 percent refund of your return can only be issued if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount. Please also note that we cannot accept returns of dog food, treats, etc. Likewise, e-vouchers cannot be returned.

Processing returns can take up to 7 days. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. In case of refusal of acceptance, additional costs may arise with the shipping service provider, and in this case, too, the customer bears the costs. For prompt processing, please include the completed return form.
